Her unseen is about the hidden world that exists inside of children with autism.
There's always more to people than meets the eye... but I feel like this is even more so with people on the autism spectrum, where feelings and expressions of self can be trapped inside. I wanted to create a piece which asks people to think about how they view autism, that regardless if autism is close to home, or the last thing on your mind, something in this piece would either challenge or resonate.
Because while mysterious and in many ways incomprehensible, the world that exists inside is also vast and beautiful.
This piece is currently for sale and half of the proceeds will be donated to a mental health charity. ($10,000) If you are interested in purchasing please get in touch.
